About the Event
In a move to revive the economy, quarantine measures were eased, and tourism activities have finally resumed in Cebu and in some parts of the Visayas. Despite the Department of Tourism’s announcement allowing hotels in GCQ and MGCQ areas to operate at full capacity, industry players are still concerned about operating at 100% due to the low tourism confidence. Moreover, the varying policies and protocols of the LGUs not only mean additional expenses, but also are seen as time-costing and laborious.
